Mansculpt Laser Hair Removal – Terms and Conditions

Pre-Paid Packages and Discounts

Mansculpt offers discounted pricing when clients purchase pre-paid laser hair removal packages consisting of multiple treatments. To maintain these discounts, no refunds are provided for change of mind or change of circumstances once a package has been purchased.

Allergic Reactions or Burns

In the rare event that a client experiences an allergic reaction or burn during a laser session and wishes to cancel their package:

– The cost of one full single treatment will be deducted from the refund amount.

– An administration fee of £149 will also apply. This fee covers the costs associated with booking and cancelling appointments, as well as the initial consultation.

Package Usage

Pre-paid laser hair removal packages that include multiple areas cannot be split across different sessions. Each session must be completed as booked and within the allocated time.

Package Expiry

All pre-paid laser hair removal packages are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Medical Exemptions and Flexibility

If a client is unable to complete their package within the 18-month period due to a verified medical reason, the following options are available upon presentation of a doctor’s certificate:

– Redirect the remaining prepaid balance towards other treatments at Mansculpt, or

– Transfer the remaining balance or sessions to a nominated friend or family member, or

– Request to pause the package until they are able to resume treatment.
